I recently had a great stay at a charming hotel in a convenient location. The hotel is situated in a nice street near the iconic tower, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were beautifully done and provided all the basic amenities I needed, including air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised to find a baby cot in my room, which shows their attention to detail and consideration for families. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast, although with limited choice, was satisfactory and the waiter was helpful in ensuring a pleasant dining experience. this hotel offers good value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
All was fine during my stay.

Excellent location for the main tourist sites in Pisa. Easy transport links to the Rail station and the airport. The receptionist Laura was very welcoming and extremely helpful in answering all our questions and providing bus timetables etc.
A little noisy in the evenings but traffic is prevented from using the street during the night so not a big problam.

We stayed one night in the hotel and found it a very comfortable place to stay. The staff very extremely helpful explaining places we could visit beyond "The Leaning Tower".

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room and bathroom was immaculate and having a fridge was a bonus. It was well situated in Pisa; easy to reach la statione and Piazza Miracoli. Also very close to a number of very good restaurants.
I would have liked a little bit of fresh fruit for breakfast.

We had a great time staying in this centrally located guest house, strolling around the city center and relaxing in lovely little bars by the bridge over the river. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent bathroom. the staff was helpful and provided a delicious breakfast. We also appreciated the heating system during colder months and free Wi-Fi available throughout the guesthouse.
The hotel did not have onsite parking, and we had to get a permit to bring our car into the restricted traffic zone.

A very good central location.not easy to get to with satnav due to proximity of pedestrian only roads nearby.very clean & comfortable.ask the hotel for a parking permit valid for 24 hrs cost 10. 00 euros parking only permitted on blue bays.
Breakfast stops at 9.30am but we managed to persuade the lady in charge at 10.00am having beenmisinformed of breakfast time on arrival.hotel is literally run by one charming estonian lady but one cannot check in early as she is singlehandedly cleaning all of the rooms following serving breakfast

We liked the decor in the room and the luxurious bathroom. The location was excellent and very central and convenient. Breakfast was adequate.
We did not like the fact that there was not a lounge or bar for you to use during your stay and also no reception. The areas are closed at certain times and breakfast was only served between 8.30-9.30am. Checkout was inconvenient at 10am. A pity as these facilities would make it an excellent hotel.

Beautiful room with thoughtful touches, cozy street views, convenient shops and cafes below. Comfy bed and great breakfast options including cereals, yogurt, fruit, meats, cheese, pastries and cake. Friendly and positive receptionist. Great location near Leaning Tower, with option for parking. Worth every penny.

The rooms at Relais Dei Fiori are cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home during my business trip. The satellite TV kept me entertained, the air conditioning provided relief from the summer heat, and the minibar offered refreshing complimentary water. It was a perfect setup for a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
Personally, I found the showers in the bathrooms a bit small for my liking. However, I understand that others may still find them functional and adequate for their needs.

It was very close to the leaning tower. The people/lady making breakfast was real nice. The front desk staff (when there) are very nice.
The decor in some of the rooms is not "historical", it is outdated. You can still have an old-timey feel to a hotel and buy a new comforter/sheets, etc. The shower didn't drain well and it leaked all over the floor. Crappy hostel quality towels. TV did not work. And since the reception is only open at certain hours it is a real bother to get help. Perhaps it would have worked if we asked for assistance.

Location of hotel to the main sights and pretty design of hotel. Very modern and effecient shower plus lovely toileteries also beautiful bedding and pillows.
Only complaint was the size of the bedroom, it really was a single size room with a double bed in it. As we were just there for one night we managed but would not have coped if our stay had been for longer, nowhere to store suitcase or move around room.
